These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sdautolease.com and any services offered by SD AUTO LEASING LLC (“SD Auto Leasing,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). SD AUTO LEASING is an independent auto broker service that helps clients identify vehicles, compare offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate delivery with third-party dealerships and lenders. We are not a dealership or lender.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our site or services. By submitting any inquiry or application, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.


3. Services & Process
  • We source quotes from third-party dealers and, when applicable, lenders.
  • Quotes are estimates only and subject to credit approval, inventory, lender/dealer program changes, taxes, fees, incentives, mileage allowances, and timing.
  • Final pricing, terms, and availability are set by the selling dealership and/or lender, not by SD Auto Leasing.
  • Delivery coordination is subject to dealer availability and your location; certain restrictions may apply.

4. No Offer, No Guarantee

Information on our site (including vehicle images, pricing, incentives, APRs, and availability) is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer to sell, finance, or lease. We do not guarantee the approval of credit, final pricing, incentives, trade-in values, or delivery timelines.


5. Quotes, Fees & Payments
  • Quoted payments typically exclude government fees and taxes, title/registration, dealer fees, doc fees, acquisition/disposition fees, and optional products (e.g., extended service plans).
  • If any broker or concierge fee applies, it will be disclosed to you in writing before you authorize the service.
  • Deposits, if any, are subject to the written terms provided at the time of payment. Certain deposits may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law (e.g., for special orders).

6. Trade-In

Any trade-in valuation is an estimate based on limited information. Final valuation may require physical inspection and is determined by the purchasing dealer. Trade-in payoffs must be verified with your lienholder. Negative equity may increase your new payment or require cash due at signing.


7. Credit Applications & Financing
  • Financing/leasing is provided by third-party lenders subject to their underwriting criteria and legal disclosures.
  • By submitting a credit application, you authorize lenders, dealers, and their service providers to obtain credit reports and verify information.
  • We do not make credit decisions and are not responsible for lender decisions or funding timelines.

8. Electronic Communications; SMS Consent

By providing a phone number or email, you consent to receive calls, texts (including autodialed or prerecorded messages), and emails about your inquiry, quotes, and promotions. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP; for emails, use the unsubscribe link. Opt-out does not affect transactional messages related to an active request.


9. User Conduct
  • Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with site security, scrape content, or reverse engineer any part of the site.

10. Intellectual Property

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SD AUTO LEASING AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
